Here in sunny Southern California, we don’t get much of a white Christmas. So to get us in the holiday spirit, we created some cocktails to make this season merry and bright. Wherever you are, we hope you enjoy these winter inspired cocktails.
2 ounces vodka
1 oz pomegranate juice
6 ounces of ginger beer
2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
Sprig of rosemary
Combine vodka and pomegranate juice into a copper mug. Top with ginger beer and ice. Garnish with a sprig or rosemary and pomegranate seeds.
The West Coast Honeys
2 ounces of bourbon
1 teaspoon of honey
4 ounces of apple cider
Apple slice for garnish
In a cocktail shaker combine bourbon, apple cider, honey and ice. Shake vigorously then strain into a recycled glass honey bear jar (pictured). Garnish with a thin apple slice.
2 1/2 ounces peppermint vodka
2 1/2 ounces rumchata
In a cocktail shaker combine peppermint vodka, rumchata, and ice. Shake vigorously then strain into a martini glass.
Sprinkle pumpkin spice, and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
